Thank you for choosing Atlantic Stone or at least thinking about it. We’re here to help make your landscaping projects a success, so please take a moment to review some of our policies below to ensure a smooth experience. It is legal type text – but we are a friendly company – so just contact us with any questions to avoid any problems.

Terms & Conditions (incl delivery policy)

Supply of Products
All images on our website are for general guidance only. As alot of our products are naturally sourced, variations in size, colour, and appearance are to be expected. Stone Products may also have dust residue. Approximate measurements and weights are provided with a ±5% tolerance.

Full payment is required before processing orders. Delivery details will be confirmed via email or phone. If a product is unavailable, we will arrange a refund within seven days.

Delivery
Customers must assess delivery access at the time of purchase and notify us of any issues. Failure to do so may result in undeliverable orders and additional charges.

Delivery methods include:

  • Rigid trucks with tail-lift and pallet trolley for certain items like FlexiBorder.
  • Rigid tipper trucks for loose materials.
  • Hiab crane trucks for bagged materials.

Delivery is kerbside only and subject to suitable access and flat, level surfaces. Drivers may leave products at their discretion if access is unsafe. Re-delivery costs apply for failed access.

We are not liable for property damage if delivery is requested beyond kerbside. All pallets are non-returnable and must be disposed of by the customer.

Cancellations / Returns

  • Cancellations must be made before dispatch.
  • For cancellations after dispatch, a refund will exclude return costs.
  • Post-delivery cancellations are accepted within 14 working days if products are in original, resaleable condition. Return costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Complaints
Contact us via email or post with any complaints or issues. Damage or missing items must be reported within seven days with photographic evidence.

Privacy
We protect your data in line with Irish Data Protection laws.

General
These terms are governed by Irish law. For disputes, arbitration will be used as per Irish regulations.
